Could you be VWT's next Intern?
VWT is looking for a recent graduate (BSc or MSc) to make a joint application with VWT for funding to join our Conservation Team. The role will provide you with the opportunity to work directly with VWT’s Head of Conservation and Conservation Team, helping to develop species-based conservation plans for its key programmes.

The successful candidate will learn how to apply the Conservation Standards framework, while developing skills in conservation planning and monitoring, and enabling VWT to make a real impact for its priority species in the UK.
This opportunity is open to candidates who have graduated within the last three years from a UK-based university with either a first or a 2.1 — and who will be living in the UK. They will have had less than one year’s paid experience in the sector and be able to demonstrate voluntary experience.
Once selected by VWT, the candidate will work with the Head of Conservation on a joint application to the PTES Conservation Internship Award — please see PTES Conservation Internship Award Guidelines for information on eligibility and application guidance.
Please note that this role is conditional on the award of a successful grant application, which will be co-produced by the candidate and VWT.
